Each project is its own conversation with site, brief and budget. The work below spans new builds, alterations, interiors and landscape — Mount Maunganui, Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty coast.

Treefold

New home Bay of Plenty

A coastal home set into an established pōhutukawa grove. A high-pitched living pavilion opens to a north-facing court; bedrooms and quieter rooms tuck behind, where dappled light filters through vertical timber screens.

Rhythm & Greens

Alterations + Interiors Mount Maunganui

A modest bach treated as a serious design problem. Alterations and a tightly-resolved interior bring a stronger relationship between inside and outside, and a material palette grounded in warmth and restraint.

Coastal home Oceanbeach

A contemporary coastal home shaped by orientation, salt exposure and the rhythm of beachside living. Recessed undercroft and a deep eave temper the summer sun without losing the view.

Whareroa

Residential Tauranga

A dark-stained timber pavilion sited to read as a quiet horizontal in the landscape. Living spaces open to the ocean; service rooms tuck back into the slope behind.
